Position Summary: As a Crew Member at Cilanter, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. You will be the face of our restaurant, working behind the line to prepare and assemble orders while engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

   • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
   • Assist customers in navigating the menu and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
   • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.

2. Order Preparation:

   • Efficiently assemble and prepare customer orders according to established recipes and guidelines.
   • Ensure the accuracy of orders and address any modifications or special requests from customers.
   • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards.

3. Team Collaboration:

   • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
   • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate order fulfillment and maintain a high level of efficiency.

4. Cash Handling:

   • Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash in accordance with company policies.
   • Provide receipts and ensure correct change is given.

5. Upselling and Promotion:

   • Suggest additional items or promotions to enhance the customer’s experience and increase sales.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced food service role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
